A Family Business
Patti and Matt Marsden are a husband-and-wife team working the Signal Mountain and greater Chattanooga market together. Our philosophy is built on client trust, clear communication, and market data.

REALTOR® / Team Lead
Patti Marsden, ABR, SRS, GRI
Patti Marsden leads the Marsden Property Team at Keller Williams Realty, Greater Downtown, representing buyers and sellers across Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Northshore and greater Chattanooga. Licensed since 2015, she ranks consistently in the top 20% of agents in her 400-agent office and has been invited to join its leadership team in 2027.
Her earlier career in banking and mortgage lending means she reads both sides of a transaction, and she enjoys the creative problem solving each one asks for. Clients find her a good listener, friendly and never pushy, and when they ask her opinion she tells them what they need to know rather than what they want to hear.
Patti has lived in the Chattanooga area most of her life and knows how its communities differ. She and Matt have been married 30 years and have three adult children. Away from work she exercises, reads historical fiction and plays mahjong.
ABR — Accredited Buyer Representative · SRS — Seller Representative Specialist · GRI — Graduate, REALTOR® Institute

Matt Marsden
Matt Marsden represents buyers and sellers across Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Northshore and greater Chattanooga as part of the Marsden Property Team at Keller Williams Realty, Greater Downtown, working alongside his wife, Patti.
Before real estate he spent nearly four decades in industrial contracting, owning and operating TMI Cooling Towers from 1984 until 2022 and serving clients throughout the Southeast. Running his own business that long is useful preparation for a transaction, which asks for much the same thing: hold the timeline, coordinate the people involved, keep everyone informed. He still runs American Fish Attractor & Habitat in his spare time.
Matt and Patti have called Signal Mountain home since 1996 and raised their three children here. After thirty years in the area, he enjoys helping newcomers find whatever it was that drew them to it.
